Ice skate on the pond. Rent out a boat during your stay. 13 min drive to downtown Camden for great restaurants and a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Close proximity to hiking trails! The space Very private and peaceful. Mountain and Water view on 2 acres (mostly woods). Other things to note FAQ/Things to Know -I allow 6 guests and 2 pets max. I personally think that 4 guests is perfect, but do allow up to 6. The cabin is roughly 900 Sq ft. I wouldn't recommend 6 adults as I don't think the cabin would be spacious enough for you, but it is completely up to you. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a pullout couch in the living room area. -Please note there is a new updated pics of the dock effective 4/26/2023. Please no diving off the dock as the water is shallow. A few of the pictures show the old dock, just so you have an aerial view of the cabin. - I do not allow pets on furniture unless you bring a blanket to cover the couch to have your pet sit on. -Depending on your cell carrier, the Wi-Fi can be spotty, due to the location. The Wi-Fi is fiber and very strong. I encourage when arriving to allow Wi-Fi callng on your cell phone, so you can make phone calls off the Wi-Fi. On Iphones: Settings----> Cellular----->Wi-Fi Calling----->On -The dock usually goes in some time in May and is out sometime in October. Please note in does not stay in during the winter time. I have a person that takes it out and puts it in during these time periods, so it is dependent on his schedule on the exact day it goes in. -I do ask if you utilize the kayaks that you use the life jackets for you safety. -The new law (LD24) took effect in Maine on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 which requires a permit for any campfire that is larger than 3 feet in height and 3 feet in diameter, that is not for debris disposal. If you do have a campfire please abide by the law and when you are done with the campfire please put it out with water from the cabin or pond. -No question is a bad question, so please if you have any questions prior to arrival or during your stay, please let me know! -The only thing I ask of you is to treat the home as your own and respectfully!
