The property is located 1-1/2 miles from downtown Mocksville and Interstate 40. Travel time is 25 mins to Winston-Salem & Wake Forest University, 22 mins to downtown Statesville. The living space is located on the 2nd floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor. There are 15 steps between the 2 levels. The space The living space is approximately 850 square feet, including sleeping area, TV/lounge, dining area, workspace, and full bathroom with shower/tub. There is a bar sink, counter space, microwave/toaster oven, and 10 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer. However, there is no oven/stove. Guest access The property is several acres and has mowed and natural areas. Guests are welcome to access all outdoor spaces. If you encounter a barbed wire fence the other side is the neighbor's farm. Other things to note If you traveling with an infant under 2 years old they are welcome. We have a Pack 'n Play with mattress. Just request it in advance of arrival. The swimming pool is in a secluded setting and available seasonally (typically late Apr-Sep). Feel free to close the gate after arrival or while in the pool area as you wish. Bring your bluetooth speaker enjoy music while at the pool. No neighbors are close enough to be bothered, nor will we. The pool is available 24/7 during the season.
