We also deep cleaned the unit, We also had a gate company install brand new driveway gates with full Automation with a keypad. Also installed emergency lights on the front deck just in case of blackouts. We also Widened the parking lot area lots of room now. We also had the unit Dehemidified. We also had a plumber install new water heaters and replace all shower valves. We also pressure-washed the front deck and installed solar lights on the staircase. We also added a Designated smoking Area outside cross the Parking lot area we have a sign posted where you can smoke. (NO smoking in the units or next to the building). Come and enjoy. Studio Apartment has Brand New everything: Queen size memory foam mattress. pillows, comforter set, dinner table which also serves as a workspace. Modern 100% Waterproof flooring, apartment size refrigerator, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, dresser, and a wall-mounted coat hanger, toilet, shower, bedside table, ceiling fan. For Guest Staying longer than 7 days or every 7 days, Lining Exchange Flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow slip, and Restroom Cleaning. The iron and Ironing Board is located in the room by the tv. We have an Air Mattress available on request if you have a 3rd person on your booking. The property is allergy-free due to the owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers, and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to the host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check-in, your reservation will be canceled and a $200 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.
