The Hayer House SLEEPS up to 21 people! This luxurious newly renovated, beautiful Victorian mansion, built in 1880 awaits your arrival. It is within 50 yards of the waterfront, restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. The home boasts 9 Rooms where you can sleep including a game room, breathtaking master retreat, 3 full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, 2 Maytag laundry centers, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous induction range, and much more! The space Upstairs: Bedroom 1 King Bed with desk and closet Upstairs: Bedroom 2 This room has a sofa (not a sleeper sofa) If over 21 people, a floor mattress/linens may be provided There is no door between rooms 1&2. Both rooms lead to the Full Master Bathroom (bathroom 3) with shower and freestanding tub Upstairs: Bedroom 3 Game Room with attached 1/2 Bath Floor mattress may be provided if over 16 people You have to walk through here to access the attic (bedroom 4) Upstairs Attic: Bedroom 4 This is where there are two futons and two rollaway beds. Linens may only provided if over 16 people. There are no windows Upstairs: Bedroom 5 Bunk Room (blue) 4 twin beds and closet Upstairs: Bedroom 6 Bunk Room (pink) 4 Twin beds In between the two rooms is the full bathroom #1 with shower. Downstairs: Bedroom 7 Queen bed, owners closet Downstairs: Bedroom 8 Queen bed with closet Downstairs: Bedroom 9 King Bed Door that leads to full bathroom with tub/shower combo #2. You can also access this bathroom through the hallway. There are two doors that access this bathroom. Entire House has room darkening curtains. Linens are provided at an additinal charge if over 16 people. Otherwise the rooms are set up for 16 people. This is Room #1,#5, #6, #7, #8, #9. Other things to note Whether relaxing in the garden, having a BBQ, cooking a gourmet meal, ordering in, dining out, watching a movie, playing games, arcades, or video games or leaving the property to walk over to the main street or go swimming, fishing or hiking, you'll indeed have tons of fun! Your reservation also includes the use of two kayaks/paddles (require 48-hour notice before check-in (there is a $100 per stay rental fee for use of kayaks), tennis racquets (bring balls), and much more!!
