The space The Parlor Room has an interior American Four Square layout: Living areas on 1st floor, sleeping area on 2nd floor, Sky Parlor on 3rd setup up for crafting groups. Guest access Free parking in driveway behind the house in front of carriage garage and along street. Other things to note The Parlor Room can have small events, come and go during the day, such as family reunions, rehearsal dinners, holiday dinners but no more than 12 overnight guests are permitted per city ordinance.
