The space This home is conveniently located, very comfortable, and wonderfully decorated in a "river theme", providing all you need for relaxation and vacationing any time of the year. A boat slip is available from May - October for an additional fee, located on North Point Street in the village of Cape Vincent -approx 1/2 mile from the home. Guest access We have a well manicured back and front yard available to guests and a wonderful view of the St. Lawrence River from the front porch. Other things to note Boat docking is available to guests May - October for an additional fee of $200 per week or $40 per day to be paid directly to the owner. The dock is located approximately one mile from the home in a private, protected, and secure bay in the Village of Cape Vincent on North Point Street.
