Come and relax in our updated home with a beautiful mountain view. Enjoy our hot tub, outdoor patio, fire pit, and serenity all to yourself. We have three bedrooms and a side room that has a pullout sofa and separate kitchenette and private bathroom. Hang out in our hammocks, play ping pong and other outdoor games or travel to some of the many nearby outdoor adventures - hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, off roading, and more! The space Single level three bedroom home on 12 acres of land with light filled open living room / kitchen space with a large farm table that seats 10. Queen bed in each bedroom plus one has an extra single bed. Full bathroom with tub is shared. Side room with pull out sofa and private bath. Views from every room. Large outdoor patio with 2 fire pits, large dining table, front porch and amazing view of the meadow below, the stars above, and the sunrise. Hot tub, seasonal outdoor shower, and outdoor ping pong table. Linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, oven, pots and pans. Outdoor gas grill and open fire pit for outdoor cooking (we will provide a starter set of wood - more available for purchase at the nearby country store.) Wifi available. Smart TVs in living room and 2 bedrooms. DVD player in living room with a large selection of movies. Washer and dryer available to guests. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and property - except for owner storage areas and the 2 outdoor sheds. Other things to note The house is surrounded by wildlife including bears, turkeys, foxes etc. Please do not leave food or trash outside the house. The dump is a very quick drive from our house. Our house is thoroughly cleaned before each guest. We are deep in nature and sometimes it can find its way into the house - we often have ladybugs make their way in after cleanings. Generally T-Mobile and AT&T service works at the house but Verizon can be spotty.
