One of a kind Glamping Experience, sleeps up to 14. Everything in the photos included. Up to 14 guest can stay overnight Spring/Summer Up to 8-10 guest can stay overnight Fall/Winter You can have an event of up to 25 people for an additional $175 and with PRIOR APPROVAL. But the amount sleeping over is still: 14 - (Spring/Summer) 8 - 10 (Fall/Winter). Linens and towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. WiFi is provided throughout the property. Great for small retreats, showers, birthday & friends gatherings, picnics, family or couples outings, peaceful get away, MATURE bachelorette or bachelor's gathering. You name it, contact me, I may host it! Spring/Summer May - Nov 1 includes everything Fall/Winter Nov - Everything but RV OR SAFARI YURT. But you do have the Event yurt. Guest access Parking here is free and there is plenty of space for your vehicles. None of the space is shared. It's all yours except for the house where I stay, or the tiny cabin in back (not included). Other things to note This is not a hotel, it is an upscale camping called Glamping. I do allow up to two pets and there is a pet fee, $60 per pet. Pets have designated areas and must be on leash. Guest not sleeping over must be off the property by 9:30 p.m. on weekdays, 10:30 p.m. weekends. No exceptions. Mature audiences only. This is a peaceful neighborhood and I'm from a distance ensuring all is well. Contact me in advance if considering an event. There is a $500 fee if unapproved guest on property. No PARTIES, No DJs, small gatherings with mellow music. I'm all for fun, just keep it safe. Fall/Winter Glamping does not include RV or Smaller Safari Yurt. Sleeps 8-10.
