This cottage was built in 2017 and features all the modern amenities that you would want. Our family spends most of the summer in this home, but we rent out during a few select weeks in the Spring and Fall. Features lots of living space in an open floor plan with multiple gathering areas; huge primary suite with King bed, double vanity bath and oversize tiled shower; well-stocked kitchen. The front porch is one of our favorite rooms in the house, and features a new bed-style porch swing. Guest access Access is via an electronic keypad on the front door. A custom code will be provided for you. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE that bed linens and towels are not provided as part of the rental. Unfortunately we simply don't have a way to have these done between guests right now. Also, in the summer months, we rent from Saturday to Saturday (7 night minimum).
