Less than a minute away up the hill is Lookout Park, which features a community pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, a children's playground, a large open play field, and a pickleball court. This is a reverse living home, where the main living space, including the master bedroom and bath, is upstairs, while the other three bedrooms are on the ground level. This provides great views and cool breezes on the walkout deck while the lower level bedrooms stay nice and cool on hot days. The upper-level open floor plan features a great room with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful quartz counter tops, a large counter with seating for four, a large 8+ seat dining table, a 2-piece powder room, and a large living room. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional for relaxing in front of a gas fireplace and a 55” LED TV. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, a separate water closet, a double vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
