A relaxing space designed for your ultimate comfort including Wifi & a flat-screen smart TV! The space Luxe Studio #3: We are located on the second floor. You will enjoy the entire studio space with private bathroom including a Samsung washer & dryer. You will find all the amenities you need- shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, hair dryer, bottled water, cooking utensils, Wifi: absolutely everything! FOR YOUR SAFETY: All linens, towels, bath mats, pillow liners etc will be washed and sanitized after every guest check out. All surfaces including door handles, counters, sinks, shower, toilet, floors etc will be thoroughly disinfected before your arrival. Individually controlled and vented Mitsubishi heat/AC unit for your studio and windows that all open for fresh air. Your studio is located on the second floor of the historic Luxe building accessible by stairs. No parties or events! Guest access The entire apartment! Other things to note You have booked Luxe Studio # 3. We are setup for self check in. We are located on the second floor of our building up a flight of stairs. No infants or children under 12 are permitted. Pets and animals are not allowed- no exceptions. $45.00 charge will be requested if sheets are damaged. The steam shower is single occupancy- only 1 adult at a time! Please limit occupancy to 2 people. After 2 guests, $60 per person per night. All guests must be registered. Please keep the noise level down for the respect of other guests.
