The Suite Life at Breen House is the perfect space to unwind and take in all that Parkville has to offer! The suite is completely private with it's own entry & does not have access to the adjoining house. Location: - 5 minute walk to Downtown Parkville - 15 minute drive to Downtown Kansas City - 15 minute drive to Kansas City International Airport The space The private suite is an addition to the original family home of Charles P Breen built in 1912. Breen was a Master Stone Mason for Park College and you'll see his work in many of the stone retaining walls throughout Parkville! The suite is perfect for small families, groups of friends, or business travelers alike. The eclectic aesthetic will make you feel right at home in Parkville, providing you a stress free space to relax after a day of exploring. + Sleep The home features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed. The hallway bathroom serves both sleeping spaces and has a bathtub/shower. + Unwinding The décor & amenities reflect the quaint, welcoming feel of Parkville. We have a two smart TVs with access to login to your favorite streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cups, plates, cookware and bakeware that you would need to cook meals in. We also provide coffee, tea and hot chocolate to warm you up anytime of the day. +Things to Do -Hiking at Parkville Nature Sanctuary -Shopping & Dining in Downtown Parkville -Disc golf, trails, & scenic views at English Landing Park -Wine tasting Guest access The suite is located at the back of the main house. There is room for 1-2 cars in the driveway and ample street parking in front of the house. Please note if parking in front of the house, there are many steps to reach the entry. Our home is equipped with a keypad door lock and your code will be sent to you the day prior to check in along with a parking diagram. Other things to note There is a $300 deposit for the home. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will figure out a solution. While we like fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
