There is plenty of space to cook in the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar that has all of the necessities from tea, coffee, creamer, an instant coffee maker and even a light snack! Having a night out on the porch or the back deck listening to the Tranquil sounds of nature will Refresh your mind and soul. We do have a neighborhood cat that looks sweet but she thinks it’s fun to smack and or bite you! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PET THE CAT! Other things to note If staying 28 days there is a mandatory halfway point cleaning of 150 dollars. We together will come up with a day and time that is good for you and our cleaners to come and clean up the house, change out the bed sheets, blankets, towels, restocking the breakfast bar and toiletries. If you choose to opt out of this the cleaning fee at the end of your stay will be 300 dollar cleaning fee instead of 150. - the master bedroom closet is our storage closet it is locked and not to be tampered with - under the age of 25 I will rent on a case to case basis with a security deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay. - lawn maintenance is weekly and is usually on the weekends but can be during the week and times vary(only cutting seasons)
