The space A three bedroom, two bath lake house on a deep water canal in a peaceful neighborhood. Guest access Driveway will hold 4 vehicles with one under a carport. Maximum of 4 vehicles per group and all must park completely off the street in the driveway. Other things to note This is a non-smoking house and smoking is only allowed outside. If any evidence is found of smoking inside, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. This is also a no pet house. Unauthorized pets brought to the house could result in a $250 additional cleaning fee and any damage will be the guests responsibility.
