Other things to note *We require a License Agreement be signed directly after booking, as well as listing the names and ages of all guests. Information will not be shared with any third parties. Access to the property cannot be granted before signing the License Agreement. *The pool is available to be heated upon request (at least 24 hours in advance). $500 fee for up to 3 nights, $150 each additional night. No charge to heat the hot tub. *Maximum 5 vehicles. 3 vehicles on the driveway and up to 2 vehicles may park on the street in front of the house. *There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the upper patios. Smoking is permitted outside on the lower level patio. *Max occupancy is 16. * Occupancy Tax - Due to the property's location, the Occupancy Tax is only 6% and not the normal 15%. This amounts to a 9% tax savings over other properties located in Austin which must charge 15%. On a nightly rental of $2K, this is a $180 savings per night. *There are security cameras surrounding the entire outside perimeter of the house for added security. The pool and hot tub are within the coverage area of the security cameras. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.
