The space This property is a fairly new construction built in Nov 2021 with an open floor, large windows, and a 1000sq ft deck. The chef's kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full-sized refrigerator with touch screen (really fun for kids), dishwasher, cooking range, large microwave, coffee machine, toaster, espresso, instant pot and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need to prepare your special meals. Any special requests for any specific small appliances or baby/toddler items can usually be met. Our beach-themed master bedroom on the main floor has an attached bathroom with a large soaking tub, double sinks, and a spacious standing shower. We have added a sofa bed with a trundle to take care of your additional sleeping needs. The zen bedroom upstairs has a calming table water fountain to add more to the serenity. The Honeymoon bedroom is truly a little hideaway for those lovebirds who want to spend some quiet time on the gorgeous golden canopy bed. All bedrooms have very large windows, closets and water views. We have 1GB high speed internet Gameroom usually becomes kids' hideout with a 8 seater comfy recliner in, 60" TV, books, board games and a special Harry Potter Reading Nook for those Harry Potter fans :) and 2 bunk beds! There are 2 Smart TVs that come with ESPN, Netflix Premium, Amazon Prime Video, Disney, Apple TV+, Paramount+ and Hulu. We have a ping pong table, basketball hoop, ladder ball and foosball in the covered garage. We provide portable heaters to keep the garage warm during colder months. Traveling with little ones can be a handful, so leave that to us, we have a high chair, baby gate, stroller, and kids dishware for your use. We have constructed a 1000 sq ft deck for you to enjoy BBQ grill (flat top griddle) and beautiful water views. In addition, there is a large outdoor firepit for you to get cozy and roast up some smores with family and friends! Please note the prices reflected are for 10 guests. An additional charge of $25 per guest per night is added to the price once you select over 10 guests. Our humble home has welcomed various office retreats and intimate gatherings. Wood for any of the fireplaces is not included as part of the booking. We have a flattop griddle to meet all your BBQ needs. Trash pick up is on Thursday, sometimes trash cans get full before pick up, pls leave trash bags next to the bins, we will pull them out on Wed and put them back on Thursday.
