This nicely appointed home features comfortable furnishings, vibrant artwork and a fully equipped kitchen. Located at the base of Doc Hollidays Trailhead, the home is just blocks from downtown Glenwood, and near hiking, biking, rafting, fishing and several ski resorts. The home features a cozy living room which is open to the dining area and modern, well equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. The living room has a comfortable queen size pullout bed in the sofa. The wrap around porch has plentiful furniture and a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains. The main level has a bedroom with adjacent bathroom, and the upstairs loft bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom does not have a door, but the stairwell provides privacy. Though the property doesn't have an air conditioner, it has an evaporative cooler that keeps the house very cool all summer. The house is also newly built to the highest standards of insulation and heat and cooling efficiency. Our evenings here are also very cool, even in the summer, so this helps to keep the house comfortable as well. City of Glenwood Springs Short Term Rental license # 18-082. Guest access We provide two off street parking spaces , and on street parking is also available. The downtown core is a 4 block walk. If you prefer to drive, many of Glenwood's main attractions are a very short drive of 2 to 3 minutes.
