A pet-free space. The space The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people. It has one bedroom with a superking or twin beds plus a 140cm double sofabed in the living space. It is therefore ideally suited to a couple or young family or perhaps a group of 3 adults. There is one parking space. The comfortable sitting area to the front of the living space is a particular feature, being flooded with light from 3 angled velux windows which make the whole living space light and bright at any time of year. Off this space is a balcony - a perfect spot to unwind after the days activities. The modern kitchen is equipped with a double oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer and is fully equipped for catering for yourselves. It has a circular table ideal for 2 and extendable for a family of 4. The spacious bedroom gets the views too with sliding patio doors onto the balcony. The superking bed can can be split into twin singles on request. The additional 140cm double sofabed in the living area means that this apartment is suitable for a couple or young family alike. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and can be accessed from a bedroom via the hallway without entering the main living space. The apartment has one allocated private parking space with level access into the building. Guests can then choose to take the lift or stairs down to the first floor. Guest access A 3/4 minute walk down a footpath to the rear of the development brings you right into the heart of Ambleside with its many places to shop, eat, drink and relax. There are also fell walks available from Ambleside so no need to necessarily use the car. Please note that the path is short but steep so may not be suitable for all. Alternatively there are steps or a less steep quiet access road which can also be used. Other things to note Sorry no pets and the whole building has a no smoking or vaping policy, including on the balcony.
