The space This is a gated community that looks and feels like a high-end resort but is also peaceful and quiet at the same time. Expansive views of the ocean and mountains can be seen from the kitchen, living and dining spaces, as well as the bedroom. Ample storage and closet space for all of your luggage and clothes. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to dine in and feel like home. Dedicated office space in the area between the bedroom and bath. Wi-Fi speed fluctuates between 960 Mbps and 1.1 Gbps. I've had several guests work from here with no issues. Guest access Parking is free but you will need to obtain a parking pass from the office when you check in. There is a $100 refundable deposit which will be returned to you when you return the pass to the office at check out. The deposit must be paid in cash. Other things to note We only use the deadbolt. Once you are in, please replace the key in the Lockbox. The keys you will use during your stay are on a hook in the kitchen and include a key to the mailbox (located on Floor #3) should you need it.
