If you are a light sleeper you may want to consider booking somewhere outside of town :) The space Main Floor: Opening the front door you will find yourself in the living room. The living room hasall new luxury vinyl flooring and is tastefully decorated including an 88 inch leather sofa, chairs, and a large Smart TV. Taking a left the room opens up to the kitchen/dining area. To keep the space open and airy I chose to wrap the cabinets and appliances around the outside of this area and center an 8 ft counter height dining area in the middle of the room. This allows guests to be connected while cooking and dining. The kitchen/dining area has a door that leads to the brand new deck. This deck is located on the side and the front of the house and has a brand new polywood dining table, conversation set and some other relaxing furniture. The deck overlooks the grassy backyard which has a fire pit, and of course a set of bean bag toss! Entering the front door and going straight through the living room you will find the master bedroom with King bed and smart TV. A full bathroom with tub and tiled shower can also be found in this area. Note: the master bedroom and full bathroom on this level are not connected. This allows guests from the living areas to utilize this bathroom. The stairwell to the second floor is also in this area. Second Floor: Upon landing at the top of the stairs you will find yourself in a second living area with a couch, table for playing board games, toys for kids, a smart tv and many more activities for all ages! Taking a right you will find a bedroom with 1 king and a balcony overlooking the backyard. This bedroom connects to a full bathroom with a tub/tiled shower. Note: the bathroom has another door that connects to a hallway so the bathroom can be utilized by another bedroom. Back in the upstairs living area you will find it is connected to a hallway. Taking a left in the hallway will bring you to the full bathroom, taking a right will bring you to another bedroom with 2 queen beds and smart TV. Lower Level: Walking through the kitchen and adjacent to the door to the patio, you will find a door to the lower level bedroom. There is a large egress window in the lower level, giving plenty of light. This bedroom has 2 queen beds and a smart TV. On the lower level you will also find a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. I take great care in designing properties specifically with families in mind and can't wait for you to relax and enjoy this property that is within walking distance to everything in Sister Bay! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Sister Bay has recently passed a "no overnight street parking" ordinance. This property only has 2 parking spots, you should inquire before you book if you are traveling with more than 2 cars. We can usually make it work! Other things to note The airbnb is situated in between Husby's and Roots, 2 unbelievably great establishments! If you want to be in the center of the action, this property is for you!
