Recently redecorated there is free guest parking and plenty of it. Close to the Merri River it is in a very private setting, with fully grown native trees and bird life. (Merri River is noted for its trout and is a lovely tranquil fishing spot.) The Farmhouse Flat is 10 minutes from the CBD but close to main roads, highways, and tourist locations. The Flat has a queen bedroom, ensuite with vanity, toilet, and shower (towels and toiletries provided). The living room is open plan with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge room.
