My family lovingly restored this log cabin and it was recently featured in the Washingtonian as one of the top places to visit in the DC region! We’re so excited to share it with you! It is one of the only houses in the area with reliable high speed xfinity wifi. It is a short drive to so many of the popular Shenandoah National Park hikes and it's centrally located to so many of the popular breweries, wineries, restaurants, and adorable small towns. The space The cabin is perfect for friends and family to reunite. It features a brand new, modern, eat in kitchen, living room with library and stone fireplace, luxurious new beds with top of the line linens. We have 2 desks with monitors and keyboards to work remotely. In the warmer months, guests spend most of their time on the screened porch lounging in hammocks, eating at the large dining table, or doing yoga while surrounded by the forest. Outside, we have more hammocks, a grill, and a fire pit. Our cabin is kid/baby friendly! We have a pack n play available for use as well as a changing table, kids toys/books, and kids utensils in the kitchen. 😊 Other things to note The cabin is secluded at the end of a well-maintained gravel road in a small rural community.
