Mad Violette Cottage is in the Serenbe wellness community, 30 minutes south of the Atlanta airport. We welcome check-in at noon so you can enjoy a full first day at the cottage, and late check out is the norm, at 5:00 pm. Serenbe is different from anyplace you have ever visited. You'll have private use of a two-story, two bedroom, two bathroom cottage, stocked with books and board games, steps away from wooded trails in one direction and Halsa restaurant and Bamboo juice shop in the other. The space Bedrooms and Sleeping: Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom is perfect for privacy, with a locking door and blackout shades. Upstairs is an open loft area, with privacy created by the curved angle staircase. There is a queen-sized bed with ceiling fan, and black out shades. In the same large room, there is a single day bed that pulls out to a king-sized bed, and also a single futon for a little one. Work space: The downstairs bedroom has a desk, lamp and chair. The upstairs bedroom has a desk, lamp and chair, and a wireless printer. Very fast internet. Perfect house for a little work. Outside: There is seating for four people on the front porch, so you can watch Serenbe go by. The private courtyard also has seating for four that is private and peaceful, perfect for a snack or cocktails. Guest access Whole cottage is yours. Other things to note We offer pantry staples, including ground decaf and full caffeinated coffee, various teas, spices, olive oil, sugar, stevia, half and half, pasta and sauce, and snacks, in case you arrive late and need a meal in a pinch. We also have a well-stocked toiletry drawer in the upstairs bathroom in case you forget to bring your toohtbrush!
