All Studio rooms are on the ground floor and each unit has a piece of glass on the wall bringing natural daylight, reducing the use of electric light and saving you daily power consumption. Light bulbs installed in each unit and entire the Apartment area are kind of LED (Light-Emitting Diode) which are energy-efficient and durable. The space Phan NaTa Apartment was named in the abbreviation of my beloved peoples' names whose Phan is the name of my late beloved father, Na is of my son and Ta is of my daughter. Each Studio Room is air-conditioned and a ceiling fan, a king bed, a cable TV, attached to kitchenette with cooking utensils, a fridge and a washer. Further each has its direct access to lush tropical garden. Guest access The premise is surfaced with a lush tropical garden. The venue is perfect for preparing BBQ or dinner for your own party/group with our BBQ facilities available on request. There is a safe 24-hrs security parking space for your vehicles. The vicinity area is safe for traveling either day or night. Other things to note The Apartment has 11 units (4× One Bedroom Suites and 7× Studio rooms).
