You will reside 5 minutes from the Castillet and 2 steps from the Place de la République. In a small peaceful street you will enjoy both calm and proximity to the festivities of the hyper center, small streets to many restaurants, the market of Place de la République on Saturday mornings. The beaches are 15 minutes by car and Spain 25 minutes. The space The loft offers you a beautiful living space, with an open kitchen, coffee/tea area, a work area and a cocooning lounge area. You have a mezzanine bed with a 160 x 200 memory mattress bed, TV equipped with a chrome cast. Sofa bed is a 140x190 bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The toilet is separate. Fixed air conditioning completes your comfort!
