Our 234m2 villa remains in Moliets-et-Maa, in a quiet area in the middle of the pines and 2 min drive to the central beach with its shops and bar restaurants. You can take advantage of the Moliets bike paths, surf the waves of the Atlantic or take part of the Golf at "Golf de Moliets". The beach "La Lette Blanche" with its fine and white sand is 5 minutes by car. The space Come spend your holidays in our air-conditioned villa which has 4 bedrooms with private bathroom, dressing room and double beds, (2 beds 180×200 and 2 beds 160×200), 2 separate toilets, a kitchen equipped and open to the living room and living room. There is internet and wi-fi access. On the outside you will find a large terrace with a heated swimming pool (from the end of April until November and after that it will depend on the weather) , 6-seater jacuzzi, garden lounge and sunbathing.
