The space The main home has 3 bedrooms, all with king or queen beds, each with its own big closet and bathroom. And there’s a fourth bathroom off the hall. The apartment, just downstairs from the main home and with its own ocean view, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It just underwent a remodel from top to bottom, so everything there is brand-new. Even the bathrooms are elegant – some with double sinks, separate shower and tub, and fine stone work. The living room contains all-new furniture, including a blue-gray modular sofa, wooden tables and a giant TV. The dining area features a long wooden table, and beyond that is a quartz kitchen island. The immaculate kitchen has quartz counters, white cabinets, stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The home is air-conditioned but is also swept by mountain breezes that keep it cool, with lots of natural light and open space. Outside, the rear patio has new dining and lounging furniture, plus a barbecue. Past a landscaped area and down a stairwell is a large, newly renovated swimming pool with a coralline deck.
