Direct TV with two TV downstairs, one in each upstairs bedroom and one in main living area. Has both regular coffee maker and kuerig. Just bring the coffee of your choice, your machines, and prepare to relax in comfort! The minimart is one block from the property and does have gas. Hairdryers are in both bathrooms. NONE SMOKING INSIDE, but there is a large outside deck!! Other things to note There is a mini-mart but no full service grocery store in Marenisco so you may want to bring groceries, snacks, etc. with you. There is one gas station a block away but is not open 24 hours so plan accordingly.
