Inside, the bathroom features a full bathtub with a shower and a washing machine for your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities for cooking and serving your favorite meals. To ensure the safety of your valuables, the apartment includes a small safe. You'll also find a charming private garden to the left of the entrance, furnished and ready for you to unwind. Please note that as per local ordinance, all guests aged 18 and above are required to fill out a simple guest registry form, one per family. We will provide you with all the necessary details seven calendar days prior to your arrival. If you are unable to complete the form online, we can arrange for an agent to meet you within 24 hours of your check-in to assist with the registration. While the area is generally safe, we kindly ask you to remain vigilant and take precautions with your belongings. Please note that smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED beyond the front entry door of the premises. We provide a park bench in our garden for smoking, but we kindly ask you not to leave cigarette butts on the ground or on any furniture.
