This owner occupied, 2 bedroom, downstairs suite is located in the North End Tacoma, Proctor & Ruston area. The space Our two-bedroom mid century modern style downstairs suite is a fun way to relax. It features a deep soaking tub nestled in a shower room with dual shower heads. You have a queen bed in the master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. There’s a twin bed in the second bedroom. We can make a twin size air mattress available for a 4th guest that can be used in the master bedroom or living area. Upstairs is owner occupied. Guest access You’ll have plenty of room to park and your entrance is nestled under the covered patio that you’re welcome to enjoy in the spring & summer. It has a BBQ that you’re welcome to enjoy. There is a motion detector on the covered patio for your safety, so we are aware if anyone comes into the property outside of you and any approved guests, as well as guests of our own. Other things to note If you have a 4th guest, we offer a twin size air mattress that can be used in the master bedroom or living area. A fun fact is that we have a tankless water heater, so enjoying a nice hot bath followed by a rinse off shower is no issue at all. You also have shared-use of the washer and dryer.
