Please review the following policy for stays of 15 days or longer: 1. Stays of 15-30 Days • A professional cleaning visit is required for stays between 15 and 30 days. • The cleaning will be scheduled for midway through your stay, with a fee of $150. • We’ll coordinate with you to confirm the best date and time for the cleaning. 2. Stays Beyond 30 Days • Scheduled cleanings will occur monthly, programmed in advance to maintain the property’s upkeep. • The preferred cleaning time is mid-month, but you may request to adjust the day of the week if needed. • The cost of each cleaning remains $200. 3.
