The space This peaceful apartment is perfect if you desire a quiet place to stay that is still within driving distance of all the sites in mid coast Maine. Located in the lower level of our home, the apartment faces east and not only offers spectacular views of the Sheepscot River, but also stunning sun and moon rises. Enter through your own private entrance into the sitting room which could double as a guest sleeping area. The kitchenette has everything you will need to make a meal - oven/stove, microwave , toaster and small refrigerator. The space has central heat and air conditioning. Guest access You will be able to park in front of the garage and then it's a very short walk to the separate entrance into your space. The apartment is in the lower level of our home and is very private. There are no stairs. Other things to note We have dogs and cats. The dogs are friendly but will remain leashed as they tend toward wandering! Bath and Damariscotta are only 25 minutes away, 45 minutes to both Popham Beach and Reid State Park.
