My partner and I have a wonderful 1 BR apt located in the heart of Sugar Hill in Hamilton Heights (a historic gorgeous neighborhood in West Harlem). Our space is full of old New York charm, unique objects, beautiful furniture, and warmth. This is also a clean and very organized living space (also super quiet). Great for working (3 desks), relaxing, hosting dinners, and getting around (1 block from the A,D express trains) and located by all the essential shops & businesses in the area. The space We are on the third floor of a pre-war elevator building (6 stories total). The apt has original moldings, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows. We have one large bedroom (queen sized bed) and a large living room/dining room area so there is plenty of room for two people (even 3 as our couch/day bed is very comfortable to sleep on) and 3x desks to work. We also have a bathroom w/tub, a kitchen, and an extra foyer area. The apt is sunny and has large windows in each room and 3 bay windows in our living room (magical). The apt comes fully furnished and includes a great sound system, record player, 2x display screens, and 2x radios! Guest access You will have the entire space to yourself!
