Loft features a king bed, day bed with trundle and desk. No parties or loud noise outside. See below for pool use. The space Private drive at end of dirt road leads to a newly-renovated two level barn. The open main level living area offers lovely sun all day and includes sitting area, eat-in kitchen and tiled bathroom. Cozy 2nd floor loft with king bed, twin daybed with pull-out twin trundle and a work desk with chair. The barn is tucked against the woods, with fruit trees and a sprawling meadow out your front door. A short walk past raised vegetable beds leads to a stone pavilion with table and seating for 6, a fenced-in, unheated pool (open April 22 - Oct 21, 2024) with built-in spa pool and an aging (but useable) tennis court with basketball hoop. South-facing views from the hilltop offer expansive treetop views, all-day sun and gorgeous sunsets. Charcoal grill and solo stove / fire pit area near front patio of barn. Extremely private setting on seven acres. The barn sits on hill above main house, which is barely visible from the upper part of the property. Kitchen offers 2 under counter refrigerators and a freezer, 2-burner electric stovetop, toaster oven capable of cooking a 10" pizza, stove top espresso maker and french press coffee maker. Dishware and cooking supplies included. Inquire for specifics. Pool, spa pool and tennis court are shared only with the owners (if we are there) from 10-7pm. These areas are for the exclusive use of guests all other hours. For exclusive use of these areas from 10-7pm, we charge $100 per day, to be arranged in advance. Please inquire for more details or to discuss specific arrangements. Provided: tennis and pickleball equipment, basketball, charcoal for grill and firewood for the solo stove. Inflatable floats and goggles are included with the pool, when open. Guest access Dedicated stone paved parking space for two cars next to barn. Other things to note There is not a stand-alone, traditional hot tub. There is a built-in spa pool inside the pool gate, with separate heating controls, lights and jets, which is open year round. The unheated pool itself and accompanying lounge furniture are open May 10 - October 23, 2023.
