Enjoy staying in the former apprentice cabin on a working organic vegetable farm. Tiny, one-room cabin. It has a comfortable full size bed, a wood stove, cold running water in summer months, and a Coleman stove. Sit outside and enjoy our beautiful sky. Walk around the farm to see our gardens and visit with the chickens. This is a rustic farm experience. No WiFi but the sky is beautiful. New in 2024 is an outdoor shower with hot water. The shared outhouse (i.e. toilet) is a 1 minute walk. This tiny cabin is on a working organic vegetable farm. Expect incidental noise when my small farm crew arrives at 7am Monday-Friday. Weekends are generally pretty quiet. Feel free to walk around the farm and see what’s growing. The outhouse and outdoor shower is shared space with my one conscientious summer apprentice. There are several residences on the farm that are private. I am very busy with farming and my family. I am usually at the farm but not always. I am available dawn to dusk through messaging via the app but am not always available to respond immediately. You’ll likely see me or my employees doing chores and working in the gardens, don’t hesitate to say Hi! Dogs are welcome but please keep on leash. There is no extra fee for dogs but please let me know all expected guests including your furry friends.
