Welcome to a cozy Poconos getaway! This property is wonderful to relax with friends and family and can serve as a great home base for the various activities this area has to offer year round with a community beach and lake as well as pool, semi-retro clubhouse gameroom, kayaks for rent, tennis and pickle ball courts, nearby hiking and rafting. Whether relaxing or adventuring or a mix of it all, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home comfortably awaits you. The space This 2nd home has been a great place to come to with many friends and family since the fall of 2017 so you might find a little more than the typical rental in the way of kitchen utensils, spices, condiments and some pantry items as well as games and toys. There are two inside areas to hang out in: downstairs there is a couch where the dining area and kitchen are located making it a fun place to have a drink and talk while meals are prepared and eaten. Upstairs, the great room is spacious and runs the width of the house making it ideal to gather everyone for group games or just watching a movie. There are two queen bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. Each floor has a full bathroom (tub upstairs only). There is also a bunk bed room with a trundle underneath. Downstairs there is a bonus room that could be used in a variety of ways. Weather permitting, there are two decks to also enjoy as well as a spacious backyard.
