Much of the property that encompasses the entire Cash Mountain subdivision was developed by Architect to the Stars, Braxton Dixon for June and Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Tricia Yearwood and others. Two of the structures on this piece of property were destroyed by fire and all that remains are the fireplaces with the “heart” motif signifying development by Braxton Dixon.
