This is a true waterfront A-frame with breath taking views from the house. Conveniently located at R32 on the main channel of SML. Our private deep water cove is a peaceful retreat to swim, relax, unwind and just get away from it all. The space Light and airy newly renovated lakefront Aframe with lovely lake views. Open floor plan. Main level of home has queen bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, kitchen, dining, and living room, and wrap around deck, with gas grill. Spiral staircase takes you up to a loft bedroom with incredible views and a second queen bed, or downstairs to a great kids area and bunk room. Families with young children, please note spiral staircase does not have child safety gates. The home is equipped with a main level bedroom and bathroom. The lower level has a full bathroom, fold out futon, private deck, games and Xbox. There is a very large private dock and screened porch with a propane fire pit for your use as well. Guest access You have access to the entire house, screened porch, and dock. For insurance purposes, guests are not permitted to use the boat lifts, but there is ample room to tie 1 or 2 boats up to dock. Approx 14 feet deep at end of dock. Our road is very tight and there is not a great place to turn around with a boat and trailer. Boats MUST be put in water prior to arriving to the house. Please message host for more detailed information and instructions for the closest public boat ramp. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided to you based on your reservation count. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. We are pet friendly for well trained dogs, but limit to no more than 2 per stay. No cats permitted. All guests and pets MUST be disclosed to hosts. Our pet fee is $50 per night but a maximum of $250. Guests staying 1-4 nights, please message host with pet information and you will be sent a request for payment with the per night prorated pet fee prior to arrival. Guests staying 5 nights or more please add the pet(s) to your guest list and it will be added by Airbnb on top of your nightly rate total when you create your reservation.
