This bright and open second floor flat is just a short 4-block stroll away from Historic Downtown Poulsbo and its restaurants, world-famous bakery, shops, galleries, and picturesque Waterfront Park along the shores of Liberty Bay. From here, it's also easy to explore the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas with world-class recreation and entertainment opportunities. The space You’ll love the big sky views from the upper level of this duplex. The flat enjoys an open layout with plenty of room for kicking back and relaxing on the sectional sofa with the 65” TV. The fully stocked kitchen and dedicated dining area are perfect for meals cooked in, or for enjoying takeout from one of Poulsbo’s many great restaurants. The primary bedroom features a wonderful king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds. The west-facing balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee on a fine morning, or to sip a beverage while watching the sunset at night. *Please be aware that this is the upstairs unit of a duplex, the lower unit of which is also a guest rental. While the upper unit is less affected by noise from the unit below, we want guests to be clear that there could be audible noises from the guests staying downstairs. The building is older, so the insulation between the floors is not as robust as a newer building might be. We encourage all guests staying in either of the units to be cognizant of their noise level during quiet hours, and to respect the enjoyment of guests in the other unit. If you are used to older spaces, or sharing walls and floors with neighbors, this may not be an issue for you at all. However, if those lifestyles are out of your norm and you're a very light sleeper, this might not be the ideal space for you. We do provide fans for white noise, and single use earplug packets, just in case. Other things to note Parking: Parking for Westerly Flat guests is strictly limited to the RIGHT side of the carport and driveway. There is room for one vehicle under the covered carport, and probably two additional cars parked end-to-end behind it in the driveway, for a total capacity of 3 vehicles. We encourage groups traveling together to carpool to reduce congestion in the driveway.
