There will be no refunds for any circumstance. Early Check-in 3pm: $56 Fee "Upon request After Booking" Check out by 11am. Late check-outs alters my cleaner's schedule and make their job harder to get my home ready for the next guest. Late check-out Violators will incur a fee of $140.00 Guests who lose or damage my key fob will incur a $150 replacement fee. Damages to property or removal of property from my home will result in a $140.00 fee. Absolutely NO PETS!!! Violators will incur a fee of $250 This is a Non-Smoking Building. No Smoking or Vaping of any kind is allowed in any room or any space. Including the balcony.
