The space This home is located on a public lake, if you plan to bring your boat or jet ski's you will need to launch and remove them each day. Fenton Township has an ordinance that states you cannot leave your boat attached to my dock overnight. There is plenty of space to leave your boats/jet skis parked in the driveway or yard between the house and the road each day. A violation of this ordinance will result in a fine charged to you. You will also need to pay the launch fee at the boat launch area.
