Family home beside a city lake with walking trails. This room is right inside the front door and overlooks the front porch. You are welcome to enjoy the front porch during your stay. You will have a more or less private entrance through the front door. Packages and deliveries come to the front door, but otherwise that entrance is only used by Front Porch Room guests. The home is shared with two cats and we previously had two dogs so it is not a good fit for anyone with cat or dog allergies. The space Guests have use of the kitchenette in the room and private use of the bathroom next door to the room. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch and to use the laundry room once per week. During your stay I am available through the Airbnb app and make every effort to respond promptly. Other things to note I want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and secure in my home. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve your stay while you are here.
