This cozy, spacious studio features a rustic gas fireplace, TV, wifi, wet bar/mini kitchen, queen bed, private, newly remodeled bath, private entrance, and private patio. The kitchen has a mini fridge, sink, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, dinnerware and utensils. You'll love the luxurious 680 thread count pima cotton sheets and comfy bedding. The private bath features a walk-in shower stall. Crib, washer/dryer access and additional freezer space are available upon request. The space This studio is in the lower level of our ranch-style home. It’s one big room, with a bedroom area, dining area, wet bar/kitchenette, and living room area. The bathroom is accessed through a hallway, but is not shared. When you arrive at our home, you should park to the left of the garage door. Walk around the right side of the house along the walkway to the side patio door. Just prior to your arrival we will give you an access code for the patio door. Guest access Guests will be going into a hallway to access their private bath. The hallway is not private, but is a shared space with us. Other things to note Our B and B space is in the lower level of our home, with our living/dining/kitchen area above your space. You will be able to hear walking and muffled noise from upstairs. The majority of our guests have said that this was not a problem, they were conscious of it but did not find it intrusive. We are a retired couple and are usually not up late at night or early in the morning. We do occasionally have family members at the house. If you require extreme quiet, you may want to be aware of this aspect of our space. Also please note, because of our allergies we do not accept service or emotional support animals.
