We provide a bath towel and a pool towel per guest (according to the maximum occupancy of the house). We do not offer extra towels, as the house has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Some guests may remove the protective fence from the pool area to free up more space. We are not responsible for the removal of the fence and we advise guests to keep it in place for the safety of children. *We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests. Windsor at Westside Resort info: - THE RESORT: Windsor at Westside is a new luxurious vacation community located just a few miles from Disney, a few minutes from Universal-Sea World and the many water parks in the area. - Resort Clubhouse Amenities: Lazy river, relaxing cabanas, splash pad, playground, fitness room, sports area (volleyball, tennis, basketball court, House Rules: 1- No parties allowed. 2- No smoking in the house. 3- No pets. 4- No drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises 5- No noise after 10:00 PM. 6-Place all dirty dishes, silverware, and pans in the dishwasher. 7-Leave all used/wet towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. 9-Put all the trash in bags and place them in the Trash container outside in front of the house. 10- No scratching or painting/coloring on the walls. 11- No children or infants should stay in the pool area unattended/ unassisted by a parent or guardian at all times. A few other things to note: Please, Avoid wearing shoes inside the house, especially on the carpet, it is prohibited to wear shoes upstairs. Wipe dust off your feet before entering the house. Important information for the guests: TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week . Place all the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash bench outside the back door by the pool. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Guest access The Guest will have the whole house to themselves and will also have access to all the resort amenities and clubhouse which is only 2 min walk from the home. Please note that a valid driver's license will be needed to access the resort by security, they will also check the amount of guests listed in the booking matches, so please be as specific as possible
