Our cabin is located in the amenity filled Emerald Lakes that has a seasonal beach, lakes, playground, tennis court, outdoor pool and a 15 minute drive to all major attractions such as Kalahari water park, Camelback ski resort, off-road adventure park and a great variety of restaurants and marketplaces. Enjoy the open space of a 2 level log cabin style with multiple games all around and get cozy while observing nature, sit around the firepit with your family and friends. The space The home is layered on 2 floors, with the downstairs floor providing entertaining games, while the main floor has a large living room with wood burning fireplace to create fun filled memories. All floors have bedrooms and a bathroom per floor. Emerald Lakes is centrally located in the Poconos area. Our house is located on a quiet street, on a corner lot with plenty of space all around the house as it sits on a 1 acre lot. The main community center, equipped with an outdoor pool, children's playground, basketball, tennis, volleyball courts, is a half mile distance, about a 10 min walk or a 2 minute drive and the closest lake is across the backyard, while the lake with a beach and a playground as well about a 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Our Cabin features super high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and 3 smart TVs, multiple indoor games such as a pool table, professional size darts, poker table, shuffleboard table and quite a few classic table games like monopoly, Jenga and twister. For relaxation, we recommend our wood fired fireplace or outdoor garden igloo if you want to enjoy outdoors but away from the elements, and if you like to entertain your group with a tasty barbeque, we provide a Grill on the back deck with a lake view . A short walk will take you to our Adirondack chairs to gather round the firepit for added fun. All 3 of our bedrooms have been furnished keeping comfort, style and practicality in mind, they are spacious and mountain log themed, as we hope you enjoy the time spent in them to relax and refresh for your fun filled trip. On the main floor, we have 2 bedrooms, one that has 2 Q size beds and the other a King size bed while the bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway from both bedrooms. On the opposite side of the house is the main living room with a large sectional sofa to fit your whole group and the famous Transformer Table, that can extend to a large 12 people table or be shrunk to a 4 people table, with respective extendable benches. Please read the provided instructions on how to handle the table should you need to further extend it. The kitchen is located on the main floor as well and is fully stocked with all essential cookingware/tableware. The lower floor encompasses the main game room with a huge space for fun but also a big bedroom with a King sized bed and a full bathroom. This is where you will also find the Bar Room, themed as such, with plenty of games, a full size bar and poker table that turns into another pool table if the main layer is removed. The 2 sofas in the game room both extend into beds and linen is provided in case guests need to use it. We provide clean linens and towels along with essential toiletries for your stay, hairdryer and iron and its respective board. Our kitchen is stocked with the necessary items to cook as often as you like, unless you feel like dining out, for which there is a plethora of options in the immediate area. The driveway can easily accommodate 6 cars. There is a trash compactor badge provided for the use of our guests to throw the trash at the end of the stay. Please keep in mind the compactor is only open Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, between 10 am to 4 pm. The community offers the guests the option to purchase amenities badges on the spot at the community center or the admin office. They can be prepared in advance for easy pick-up if guests call ahead and purchase. The prices are $10/person/day pass or $15/person/ 3 day pass. Children 6 and under do not require badges. Inventory is taken after each stay. Please keep that in mind as you make use use of our towel, sheets and pillows. If one of them becomes misplaced or is damaged, we will hold you accountable. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor space with the exception of the shed/ storage room outside under the deck, detached garage and main level closet between the 2 bedrooms, which are used as personal storage by hosts. Other things to note 1 trash compactor badge provided for trash disposal at the end of the stay. Please do not lose, misplace or damage, or you will be charged $25 per badge if it is missing. You must take the trash to the compactor on the day of check-out using the provided badge and return it in the house prior to your departure, for the next guests. Inventory is taken after each stay, if there are any items missing or damaged such as furniture, games, devices etc, you will be held accountable. We kindly ask all of our guests to leave the shoes by the door while staying with us. The day of check-in you will be provided with a temporary smart lock code that will deactivate on the date and time of your checkout to provides access to the house. Please be sure to only use the lock pad when locking the door if you step out during your stay. The bottom lock requires a key that is not on property and you risk getting locked outside. Please remember to only use the lock with the keypad.
