This little farmhouse is tucked away on a dead end hollow in beautiful upstate New York -- an easy getaway and escape from the city, perfect for relaxation and/or outdoor adventure with 3 acres of woods to explore, local hiking trails and parks, and located a short drive from Greylock Mountain and several ski resorts. Also a short drive from MASS MoCA and the Clark Art Institute. The space I grew up down the road from this charming 1,400 sq. ft. house and bought it in 2017 as a weekend getaway from NYC and a place to stay while visiting family. I've been slowly renovating it and hope other's will enjoy it as much as I do! Located in the tiny town of Berlin, NY on a beautiful rural hollow between rolling mountain hills with scenic views this house is situated on a little hill sloping up from the road with steps leading up to the front door. Upstairs are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Downstairs a kitchen, dining room, laundry room / office space and a living room area with tv and pull out couch. Bed linens, towels and kitchenware are all provided. The house sits on around 3 acres of land, most of it woods, stretching up the hill behind the house.
