There is an in-law apartment and a main house included with this lising. Both can be rented separately. Non-shedding dogs will be considered. The space The main house has a first floor half bath, living room, dining room and large eat-in kitchen. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The King bedroom has a private bath. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has two double beds. A 2nd full-bathroom is in the hall. The laundry room is in the basement. There is a large deck, yard, and beautiful harbor view. The attached, in-law apartment has a queen bedroom and a “bonus” room with twin beds which can be converted to a king bed. There is a spacious kitchenette, living room and a full bathroom. The apartment has a private entrance, slider to the back deck and a door that attaches to the main house through the “bonus” room. All bedrooms have AC from mid June- mid September. There is a portable fan in each room of the house. Guest access Free parking is available on site. There is a sidewalk which provides safe walking to all restaurants, parks and marinas in New Harbor. All are within a 5-10 minute walk. Town beach is approximately 1 mile away. Old Harbor is approximately 1.5 miles away.
