Oh, if you thought you were sleeping on a cloud, it’s because two of our bedrooms are equipped with Casper mattresses. Each bedroom has a silent ceiling fan with dimmable dual lights and sleep timer as well as blackout window shades to help you drift off to sleep. Watch the sun rise over the iconic McDowell Peaks only 3 miles from your front door, or take a brisk run in the cool desert air along the endless bike paths between the canal and the mountains. Staying in for the night rather than heading out to Old Town Scottsdale? This is why we picked our deep seat Crate and Barrel couch which is ideal for kicking back and watching movies. Oh, did I say that we also provide various board games, poker cards & chips, coloring books and Xbox? If you have children or pets, you will be pleased to know the house sits on a cul-de-sac in a gated private community where car traffic is minimal. Traveling for business? Our Forest Room has a motorized stand-up desk with broad views of the McDowell peaks and office amenities to make your work from home (or need I say work in-between 30-minute coffee breaks) more productive. Traveling with a large group? We equipped the Forest Room with a sofa bed which you can crash on. Sure, dining out in the best restaurants at Scottsdale Quarter or Old Town Scottsdale is top on the list, but a home-cooked meal among family and friends might be what the heart desires. This is why we fully stocked our kitchen with essentials needed for a good old home cooked dinner, and a large gas grill outside! Have fun playing mini golf right in backyard or enjoy our fire pit under soft café lights with a game of cards! Tired and want to take a shower? Please note that parking in front of the house is not allowed as per the fire codes. You are free to park your car in our two-car garage. The complex has a swimming pool which you are free to use. Minors under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by their parents when going to the swimming pool.
