Apartment has separate entrance on main street and fully self contained. Includes kitchen/dining, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a extra large room with walk-in closet on the second floor. The second floor has 7' height attic and has two big skylights and very cozy set up. There is a balcony on the second floor, you can spot the CN tower while having a drink, or enjoying your private space. The bathroom is just renovated using large format Italian tiles and matte black finishes. Apartment is fully furnished with chairs, dressers, desks, curtains/blinds for privacy, 4 set of pillows clean good quality sheets and blankets. Every room has own heat/ac unit. Kitchen is well equipped for longer stays. has pots pans glasses cups plates cutlery and cooking utensils. Also big fridge, microwave and oven, coffee makers toaster and kettle. High speed internet, Amazon Fire-stick, and 42" smart TV are provided. Guest access Guests enter using keypad lock, code will be given during check in time. The apartment is not suitable for small children or wheelchair access. Other things to note There is one security camera inside in the street level overlooking the foyer for added security. The duplex street level is a commercial store and NOT part of the unit. It is a fully separated and quietly run business. The unit has its own entrance door and is on the upper floors of the duplex.
