The space Fewer than two miles to UNC campus, and more than 6K square feet of space, this home is ideal for your UNC graduation weekend. Complete with gourmet kitchen, 8-person hot tub, and six full bathrooms, this rental could house a gaggle of couples or multiple families. In addition to the ten bed spaces, we can offer a queen-size blow-up mattress (to place in an office with a closing door), a futon, two massive couches, AND a unique campulance outside with a queen size bed: if needed, you can sleep 16. Given this house is not typically rented, expect some guests to sleep in rooms decorated for kids; however, the space if extremely tidy and clutter free. Find four TVs in open spaces, a workout room with elliptical, 5G & 2G wifi, a four-season back porch, a wrap-around farm house front porch, a grill, an outdoor gas fireplace with built in seating, and a private clean hot tub. Please also note, the house has two sets of washer dryers, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, two ovens and ample refrigerator space. It was made for big groups. An Uber or Lyft to the Dean Dome or the center of campus is $8. In addition, there is a tavern/brewery at the end of our road (short walk) if you don’t want to drive anywhere at all! Here is the house breakdown: · Two master suites with king beds · Two rooms with full bathrooms attached and queen beds · One room with a trundle bed (sleeps two singles and great for kids) · Four of the rooms have full baths within, one full bath is on the main floor near the gym and office, one half bath is in the lounge, one-half bath is by the bonus area · Four separate TV/couch areas including a massive bonus room with 85-inch TV (with PS4 you are welcome to use), a Lounge that serves as a small movie room for us, an outdoor four-season porch, and a massive wrap around front porch with ample seating. Given we are in a neighborhood, we would ask that you keep the noise level down after 10 p.m. Other than that, please enjoy our home and this special graduation weekend.
